Vision, Mission and Values

The District of Timiskaming Social Services Administration Board has adopted an organization-wide common set of values and principles that are intended to inform ongoing relationships with individuals we serve, our partners and communities. It also helps shape our interactions with each other across our organization’s different programs.

The Vision, Mission and Values are essential to support our commitment to serving those within our District. It is also meant to inspire our employees to work together to achieve common goals and to foster a positive workplace environment.
